The Biology Tutor located at www.thebiologytutor.com maintains this website for the use of its students (‘users’) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the site. Use of the site indicates acceptance of these Terms of Use and forms a binding agreement between you and The Biology Tutor. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

1. Use of materials appearing on the website
   
   For the purpose of this Agreement, ‘materials’ means any material published on the website including, without limitation, all text, quizzes, revision notes, examination-style questions, images and graphics of any nature whatsoever, regardless of whether the copyright and/or database right or any other intellectual property rights in the material vest in us or third parties.
   
   You (the ‘user’) may download and print extracts from the material and make a maximum of one copy of these for your own personal use only, provided that you make no modifications to the materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the website.
   
   You must not reproduce any part of the website or the material or transmit it or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.
   
   
2. User Warranty
   
   As a user you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other tuition or revision company, and that you are using the site and materials solely for the purpose of increasing your A level Biology grade.
   
   
3. Trademark and copyright
   
   The materials on this website are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any materials on this website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
   
   
4. Subscriptions
   
   Subscriptions automatically renew every month until the user cancels the subscription. The subscription grants you a non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access the site solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can update your payment information from your Account > Billing page.
   
   Subscriptions can be cancelled from the user’s Account > Billing page, or the user can submit a formal request via email ([email protected]), stating the name of the subscription the user is cancelling and the email address associated with the user account. Email cancellations must be submitted at least 5 working days before the subscription renewal date. It is the user’s responsibility to verify that a subscription has been cancelled successfully. The user can confirm a cancellation by receiving an email from The Biology Tutor or by looking at their Account > Billing page, which lists all active subscriptions.
   
   
5. Refunds
   
   If you are not satisfied with your purchase on The Biology Tutor and you contact us via email ([email protected]) within 14 days of your purchase, we will offer you a full refund.
   
   
6. Online Policy and Safeguarding Policy
   
   Participation in our online webinars indicates that you have read and accepted our online policy and safeguarding policy and procedures. These can be found at www.thebiologytutor.com/pages/policies.
   
   
7. Hyperlinks
   
   Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. The Biology Tutor does not control is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
   
   
8. No warranty
   
   The materials provided at this site are provided ‘as is’ without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. The Biology Tutor does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials and may make changes to the materials and services at this site, at any time without notice.
